Frequently Asked Questions

I offer 1 hour, in person 1-1 and small group training sessions. We spend the majority of our hour together weight lifting and resistance training. I incorporate some functional movements as well as mobility into our sessions. 


Montana works with clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds, including beginners to athletes and active individuals who have plateaued and want to level up their performance. The majority of clients come to me for body recomp, which means they want to lose body fat and build muscle. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals and abilities.
